Order Processing Time
All orders placed on our website undergo a standard verification and preparation procedure. Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (as recognized in Pakistan). Please note our order cut-off time: All orders placed after 9:00 AM PKT will be processed starting the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Coverage
Chacha Mall ships to addresses within Pakistan only. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We use reliable local courier partners, including Trax, Leopards, and PostEx, to deliver your orders.
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after processing.
- Remote/Rural Areas: Estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days after processing.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur with our courier partners due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on weight:
- Base Rate (1 KG or less): Rs. 199 flat rate.
- Additional Weight: For every additional 1 KG over the base weight, an extra Rs. 50 will be added to the total shipping cost.
The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the notification, allowing you to track your package directly on the courier partner’s website (Trax, Leopards, or PostEx).
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Chacha Mall takes product quality and safe delivery seriously. However, once the shipment is handed over to the courier, delays or damages may occasionally occur. If your package is damaged or you believe it is lost in transit:
- Save all packaging materials and product(s).
- Contact the courier directly to file a claim.
- Notify our customer support team immediately so we can assist and follow up with the courier on your behalf.
We will make every effort to help resolve the issue quickly.
Undeliverable or returned shipments
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or other delivery issues:
- You may be responsible for reshipping charges if you wish to have the order resent.
- If returned, we will contact you to confirm next steps, including refund or reshipment, based on the situation.
Payment Methods
Chacha Mall accepts the following payment methods at checkout:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please note that advance payment of the shipping charges (Rs. 199 flat rate, plus weight additions) is required to confirm and dispatch your order. The remaining amount for your ordered items will be collected in cash upon delivery.
Bank Transfer
You may choose to transfer funds directly to our bank account. Our bank details will be provided securely on the checkout page after you place your order. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will be processed once we confirm receipt of the full payment.
