Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accommodated. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition, including original packaging, tags, protective films, and invoice. Any product that has been installed, mounted, pasted, or used in any manner is not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Wall stickers once opened
- Adhesive wall hooks after seal opening
- Any wall décor item that has been installed, mounted, pasted, or used
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse
- Products with missing original packaging or accessories
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for size, color, or replacement of the same article, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests are processed after the returned item passes inspection. Delivery charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit. For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
If the return or exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, return shipping costs will be borne by Chacha Mall. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
